Cakes
Does the cake need to be refrigerated before the event?
Yes, up until delivery and setup. We create our cakes using premium, scratch-made buttercreams; they must remain cold to preserve their structural integrity. Cakes are delivered fully chilled. Once set up at your event, the cake can safely sit out for up to 3 to 4 hours before serving. Can the cake be displayed outside?
Yes, our cakes can be displayed outside. The cake must not be placed in direct sunlight, high humidity, or temperatures exceeding 72°F. The buttercream may begin to melt and can cause tiered cakes to slide or lean. Please ensure your cake table is positioned away from windows, hot venue lighting, and dancefloor heaters. How long will leftover cake stay fresh?
If your guests didn't eat it all, you can absolutely enjoy the leftovers!Refrigerator: Slices placed in an airtight container will stay fresh for up to 4 to 5 days.
Freezer: If you have large amounts of leftovers, cut the cake into individual slices, wrap each slice tightly in plastic wrap, and freeze for up to 2 to 3 months.
Is there a delivery fee?

No, please avoid refrigerating cookies. The refrigerator can cause fresh cookies to go stale and dry much faster than they would on your counter. What is the best way to store them?
Keep your cookies at room temperature in a completely airtight container, a sealed zip-top bag, or a tightly closed cookie tin.
If your cookies start to feel a little too firm after a few days, drop a slice of white bread into the airtight container with them. The cookies will absorb the moisture from the bread, making them soft, chewy, and fresh again overnight!
